By using the Danger Loops website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

The audio packs, sample packs, sound libraries, samples libraries or otherwise sound suites found on DANGER LOOPS are licensed not sold to you by DANGERLOOPS. DANGER LOOPS is the original owner or licensee of the original audio recordings. Once you have purchased and downloaded an audio pack from DANGER LOOPS you have purchased a single user license to use these sounds within your original mixed music productions without paying any extra fees to DANGER LOOPS from herein.

You cannot rent, lease, distribute, lease, sub-license, sell , assign, transfer, place audio in a timeshare or any other known forms of use, unless expressly granted to you, or you obtain a special written license agreement by or from DANGER LOOPS. DANGER LOOPS takes legal matters very seriously. The Staff at DANGER LOOPS are engaged in the act of audio production, and work hard on musical compositions for the enjoyment of others. Anyone found breaching these terms and conditions will be prosecuted with no mercy to the fullest extent of the law.

You will hold harmless, save, indemnify and defend DANGER LOOPS from and against any and suits, claims, demands, liabilities, damages, reasonable expenses, or any sequential loss, including legal fees, against or suffered by DANGER LOOPS as a result of any matter that arises as a result of a breach of this agreement by you.

You cannot include single files found, purchased or downloaded at DANGER LOOPS in any media package of any kind. Use of single files downloaded from DANGER LOOPS in any way, be it for websites, sounds for games, templates, template websites or any other known external source other than DANGER LOOPS (unless mixed into your original music productions) is strictly prohibited. You may not give the audio files found on DANGER LOOPS to anyone for free, nor transfer files onto another computer other than the computer upon which you downloaded your audio from DANGER LOOPS

Due to certain external format conversion limitations on conversion capabilities, you agree that the number of sounds in a product description and the size of the file downloaded is based upon the .wav format version of the product. Any other formats downloaded may vary in file size and volume of sounds contained, in this case the .wav version may be provided free with the format you choose. DANGER LOOPS make sure as many files as possible per format enter each pack regardless of the overall size of the pack.

You accept that DANGER LOOPS has a proprietary interest in the audio recordings found within this web site and that any use by you that intends to frustrate the purpose of this agreement, including but not limited to selling, renting, or otherwise distributing the sounds would cause irreparable injury to  DANGER LOOPS in a way that could not be adequately compensated by damages. You agree that, in the event of such improper use, DANGER LOOPS will be entitled to an immediate injunction without the requirement of posting a bond.

DANGER LOOPS expressly disclaims all warranties of conditions of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranty of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

DANGER LOOPS reserves the right to amend website content & prices without prior notice.

You agree that DANGER LOOPS reserves the right to issue refunds at the discretion of the governing bodies.

You acknowledge that DANGER LOOPS reserves the right to infrequently email you regarding product updates, music production, loops & samples and other relevant topics. DANGER LOOPS will not disclose your email address to anyone, or any third parties, nor any other information given to us by you at any time.

Limitation of Liability. You agree that DANGER LOOPS cumulative liability with respect to any claims made in relation to or arising from of this agreement on any theory or basis will not exceed the purchase fee paid by you to DANGER LOOPS.

After you purchase and download a product or audio from DANGER LOOPS you are not required to pay any additional fees or royalties to DANGER LOOPS for use of the audio in your original music productions or musical songs.

By Proceeding to purchase and download with DANGER LOOPS you accept our entire terms and conditions and agree to adhere to them fully.

Credits – You must credit DANGER LOOPS on any release whether of a commercial or demo nature. This helps spread the word about our audio and helps keep DANGER LOOPS running. A typical Credit in written literature would be ‘Synth Loop in track 7 courtesy of Danger Loops”

DANGER LOOPS takes credit card fraud very seriously. Those found participating in fraudulent acts will be handed to the appropriate authorities. Should an act of fraud happen at anytime, your download access may be delayed while we configure, and deal with the fraudulent activity. At this point we may need to contact you via telephone, and verify your identity and authenticity. If we cannot reach you via your telephone we reserve the right to cancel or refund your payment, and ban your from using our websites or services.

You acknowledge that currency rates change daily, and our currency rates depicted on our website are a representation of recent currency rates only. Once a product price has been converted using our ‘change currency’ function on our website, you are viewing our most up to date currency conversion price defined by the world bank which we designate to update monthly. While we make all efforts to keep up-to-date with daily worldwide currency conversions, we cannot be held responsible for any global currency rates that may effect the overall price of any product at any time.
